What is the A/V Committee you ask?  It is where you can meet new people, make Friends and do it all before 8:00 in the morning.  No, really... it's a blast!  You can help The Iron Rod become great.  You see, you can help with promotions, contests, shows, ideas etc.  The possibilities are endless.  There is even a chance for you to update this very website and contact record labels to get new music for The Iron Rod!  I'm telling you... it's awesome!  Sign up at the Institute!
